1. Authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Merrimack Village District, Merrimack, NH in the amount not to exceed $1,835,000 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. effective upon Governor & Council approval. 2. Authorize to approve a grant agreement with the Merrimack Village District, Merrimack, NH in the amount not to exceed $1,500,000 to finance water system improvements to remediate PFAS, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2028. 1. 54% federal funds, 46% DWSRF repayment funds. 2. 100% federal funds.
