Authorize, pursuant to RSA 21-I:80, I(b), the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR), Division of Parks and Recreation, to enter into a contract with M.B. Maintenance, Inc. (VC # 156370), of New Boston, NH in the amount of $59,640.50 for fuel storage inspection and testing services at Mt. Washington State Park upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Capital Funds.
