Authorize, pursuant to RSA 261:97-c, Use of Funds, the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of the Arts, to award a Conservation License Plate (Moose Plate) grant to the Players Ring (VC #157286) in the amount of $30,000 to support the installation of historically appropriate storm windows for building preservation and improvement of arts programming taking place inside, effective upon Governor and Council approval through May 30, 2027. 100% Agency Income.
