Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to amend an existing grant agreement (Grant #33-00741, PO #1102285) for a federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) – State and Local Assistance Program sub-grant with the Town of Littleton, (VC #177427) for the development of the Littleton Riverfront Commons, by extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with no change to the award amount of $200,000, effective upon Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2027. The original sub-grant agreement was approved by Governor and Council on August 30, 2024, Item #115, archived document ; and amended on February 5, 2025, Item #74, archived document . The requested action will be granted without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities. Upon approval and execution of the requested action, applicable local and state laws will regulate such activities. 100% Federal Funds.
