Authorize the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department to enter into a Sole Source contract with Matson’s Laboratory, LLC, Manhattan, Montana (Vendor Code No. 264547) in the amount of $43,454.00 to perform cementum analysis of teeth collected from captured and/or harvested New Hampshire black bear, moose, fisher, otter and bobcats to provide age and reproductive histories (female bears only) from the date of Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2029. 75% Federal Funds, 25% Other (Game Management Funds).
