Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to amend the existing SOLE SOURCE contract with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAPSC), Dover, NH, Vendor #177200, for the Senior Energy Assistance Services (SEAS) Program by increasing the price limitations by $9,970 from $13,913 to $23,883 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2027 to September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
