Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to amend the existing SOLE SOURCE contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc.,(SCS), Keene, NH, Vendor #177511, for the Senior Energy Assistance Services (SEAS) Program by increasing the price limitations by $12,946 from $23,567 to $36,513 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2027 to September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
