1. Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to enter into a SOLE SOURCE contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc. (TCCAP), Berlin, NH, Vendor #177195, in the amount of $5,955,708 for the Fuel Assistance Program (FAP) effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2028. 2. Further request authorization to advance Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc. $32,233 from the above-referenced contract amount. 100% Federal Funds.
