1. Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to enter into a SOLE SOURCE contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc. (SCS), Keene, NH, Vendor #177511, in the amount of $4,707,668 for the Fuel Assistance Program (FAP) effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2028. 2. Further request authorization to advance Southwestern Community Services, Inc. $25,919 from the above-referenced contract amount. 100% Federal Funds.
