Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to enter into a SOLE SOURCE contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (CAPBM), Vendor #177203, in the amount of $4,696,856 for the Fuel Assistance Program (FAP) effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2028. 2. Further request authorization to advance Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc. $33,233 from the above-referenced contract amount. 100% Federal Funds.
