Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to amend the existing SOLE SOURCE contract with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc. dba Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties (CAPHR), Manchester, NH, Vendor #177198, for the Senior Energy Assistance Services (SEAS) Program by increasing the price limitations by $35,584 from $66,652 to $102,236 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2027 to September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
