Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to amend the existing SOLE SOURCE contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, (TCCAP), Berlin, NH, Vendor #177195, for the Senior Energy Assistance Services (SEAS) Program by increasing the price limitations by $15,701 from $30,053 to $45,754 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2027 to September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
