Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to amend the existing SOLE SOURCE contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc (CAPBM), Concord, NH, Vendor #177203, for the Senior Energy Assistance Services (SEAS) Program by increasing the price limitations by $7,998 from $24,287 to $32,285 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2027 to September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
