Authorize, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, the Department of Energy to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $26,062,185 from the United States Department of Energy, under the Inflation Reduction Act Home Efficiency Rebates Program to provide rebates to eligible households for the purchase of certain electric appliances, effective upon Fiscal Committee and the Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Approved by Fiscal Committee on August 21, 2026.
