Authorize to enter into an agreement with Symquest Group, Inc., South Burlington, VT, in the amount not to exceed $124,821.60 for the acquisition, on a lease-to-own basis, of a production black and white photocopier/printer/scanner device and color multifunction printer, along with five (5) years of maintenance and repair service for both machines from the date of Governor and Council approval through August 31, 2031. 100% Federal funds.
