Authorize the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services to enter into a contract with JBC Construction LLC (VC#298573), Londonderry, New Hampshire, in the amount of $767,250.00 for the New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) Training Site MEP Upgrade Project in Center Strafford, New Hampshire upon Governor and Executive Council approval through May 31, 2027. 2. Further, authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,000.00 for unanticipated expenses bringing the contract total to $827,250.00 effective upon Governor and Council approval through May 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds,
