Authorize the Department of Information Technology, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), to enter into a sole-source contract directly with SAP America, Inc (V# 555034), Boston, MA for a two year term to enable use of its LeanIX Platform at a cost of $366,214.74, effective October 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2028 100% Inter-Agency Transfers.
