Authorize the Department of Information Technology, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, New Hampshire Hospital and New Hampshire Employment Security, to enter into the third year installment of an enterprise license agreement (ELA) with Dell Marketing LP (VC#177823), Pittsburgh, PA for the third and final installment for Quest Oracle Application Developers license (TOAD), at a cost of $111,765.05, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% Other Funds.
