Authorize the Governor's Office of New Opportunities & Rural Transformational Health (GO-NORTH) to enter into a Sole Source Contract with Health Strategies for New Hampshire (VC# 331253), (an affiliate of the Endowment for Health) Concord, NH, in the amount of $20,000,000, for Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) budget period 1 and $20,000,000 RHTP budget period 2, effective upon Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2028. 100% Federal Funds.
