Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to retroactively renew the shoreline 5-year littoral lease agreement with Andrew and Wendy Mae Medolo, in the amount of $12,759 with an annual lease amount of $2,551.80. The lease will be for five (5) years, beginning on August 1, 2026, and expiring on July 31, 2031, effective upon the Governor’s and Executive Council’s approval. The land lease rights will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities. Applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
