Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to retroactively renew the shoreline 5-year littoral lease agreement with James Durkin and Catherine O’Brien, in the amount of $12,635.65 with an annual lease amount of $2,527.13. The lease will be for five (5) years, beginning August 1, 2026, and expiring July 31, 2031, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The land lease rights will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities. Applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
