Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to grant an access point through the Controlled Access Right-Of-Way on the northerly side of NH Route 75 in the Town of Milton, County of Strafford. The sale will be directly to Jeremy Wes Chapin & Cameron MacDearmid or their designee, at fair market value of $90,000, and the Bureau will assess a $1,100.00 administrative fee, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The access point will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
