Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the City of Manchester, NH, for AIP 150, to purchase four Snow Removal Equipment vehicles for the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. State and Federal participation in the amount of $3,344,333 is effective upon Governor and Council approval through August 4, 2030. 94.7% Federal Funds, 5.3% State Funds.
