1. Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc. of Bow, NH on the basis of a low bid of $6,878,400 for bridge preservation of two bridges (Nashua Br. No. 157/059 and Nashua Br. No. 157/058) on the Circumferential Highway eastbound and westbound over the Merrimack River and CSX Railroad in the City of Nashua and Town of Hudson (Project: Nashua-Hudson #44502), from the date of Governor and Council approval through October 27, 2028, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 2. Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $343,920 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. The contingency requested is 5% of the contract amount. 100% Turnpike Funds.
