Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration, that ensures the Department is in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements on behalf of the State of New Hampshire in the management of the State Block Grant Program which uses FAA funds for airport infrastructure program projects at NH’s eligible airports. This MOA is effective upon Governor and Council approval through September 2, 2031.
