Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an amendment to an existing project by increasing the contingency by $2,500,000 for a total price not to exceed $3,585,872.46 for the Secure Psychiatric Unit at New Hampshire Hospital, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through October 18, 2027, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms.
