Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Full Flight Game Farm Inc., (VC#l66837), Bernardston, MA in an amount up to and not to exceed $500,000 for Pheasants, with the option to extend for up to an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through October 31, 2028.
