Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (VC#455312), Plainville, MA in an amount up to and not to exceed $450,000.00 for Grass Seed, Lime, and Fertilizer with the option to extend for up to two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2031.
