Authorize to enter into a contract with Growth Partners, LLC, Lincoln, NE, in the amount of $525,380 for the provision of training and technical assistance for the Alcohol and Other Drugs Services System, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 38.07% Federal Funds. 61.93% General Funds (Governor Commission Funds).
