Authorize to enter into a grant agreement with America’s Youth Teenage Unemployment Reduction Network, Inc. (dba My Turn) (VC# 166581) of Manchester, New Hampshire in an amount not to exceed $80,979.59 to provide adult education and literacy programs as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, effective upon Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds.
