Authorize to enter into a SOLE SOURCE agreement with Woods Hole Group, Inc., Bourne, MA, in the amount of $10,000 to help advise the development of the Flood Hazard Assessment and Coastal Watershed Resilience Plan (CWRP), effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2029. 100% Federal Funds.
