Pursuant to RSA 261:97-c, Use of Funds, authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of the Arts, to award a Conservation License Plate (Moose Plate) grant to the Town of Hillsborough-Fuller Public Library (VC #177407) in the amount of $30,000 to support the restoration of stained glass windows located at the Governor John Butler Smith House, effective upon Governor and Council approval through May 30, 2027. 100% Other Funds (Agency Income).
