The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) requests authorization to accept and expend $250,000 in Great Bay 2030 Funds from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (NHCF), to support engineering, design, alternatives analysis, permitting, and stakeholder engagement required to develop a long term solution to fish passage deficiencies at the Winnicut River Fishway in Greenland, NH effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% NHCF Funds.
