Authorize the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services to exercise its final of three (3) contract renewal option with Hope Through Education, Inc. (VC #449055), 223 West Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL 32502, by increasing the price limitation by $552,006.16 from $1,582,056.28 to $2,134,062.44 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026, to September 30, 2027, effective for the period October 1, 2026, or upon Governor and Council Approval, whichever is later.
