Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the County of Cheshire, (VC: 225773) 12 Court Street, Keene, New Hampshire, in the amount of $634,247 for the purpose of supporting the Hannah Grimes Center and the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center to provide microenterprise training and technical assistance, direct grants and down payment assistance, and lending capital to micro businesses, upon Governor and Council approval for the period effective through December 31, 2027. 100% federal funds.
