Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to grant an access point through the controlled access right-of-way to a parcel of land having a physical address of 1419 Greenland Road located on the easterly side of Route 33 in the Town of Greenland, County of Rockingham. The sale will be made directly to Wakefield Investments Inc. by its designee (Atlantic Tower, LLC) at the fair market value of $132,800, and the Bureau will assess an administrative fee of $1,100.00, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
