1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to convey 0.70 ± acres of State-owned land, including a building known as The Short Falls Depot, located on the southerly side of Short Falls Road in the Town of Epsom, County of Merrimack. The conveyance will be directly to the Town of Epsom, which has agreed to purchase the land for zero dollars ($0.00) to offset the costs the Town will incur to dispose of the building thereon. 2. Authorize the Bureau to waive the $1,100 administrative fee Pursuant to RSA 4:40, III-a., effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council.
