Authorize the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Court Facilities, to enter into a sole source, retroactive two-year lease agreement with the City of Claremont (Vendor #177373) of 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, for an amount not to exceed $147,65 1.48, for the two-year agreement. This agreement will provide courtroom and office space comprised of 5,110 square feet for the 5th Circuit - District Division - Claremont, located on the 2nd floor of City Hall, Opera House Square, Claremont, NH. Effective upon Governor and Council approval for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies)
