Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Dileo Gas, Inc. (VC#582540), Worcester, MA in an amount up to and not to exceed $1,475,000.00 for the Supply and Delivery of Propane with the option to extend for up to two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through July 31, 2028.
