Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Granite State Minerals, Inc., (VC#154316), Lowell, MA in the amount up to and not to exceed $15,000,000.00 for rock salt and solar salt, with the option to renew for up to an additional two (2) years under the same terms and conditions, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through August 31, 2027.
