Authorize the request of the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Personnel, for a waiver of reclassification decisions, as detailed in the letter dated July 22, 2026, effective upon Governor and Council approval. These eight positions are being reclassified as a group because they are part of a specific project within the Department of Health and Human Services' Sununu Youth Services Center. The agency has certified that sufficient funds are available to support the reclassifications.
