Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Jeremy Hiltz Excavating, Inc. (VC#162245), Ashland, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $750,000.00 for Aggregates Supply and Delivery with the option to extend for an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2029.
