Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with JP Trucking & Excavating LLC, (VC#3 l 1402), Bellowsfalls, VT, in an amount up to and not to exceed $750,000.00 for Aggregates Supply and Delivery with the option to extend for an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2029.
