Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract (Contract #8003812) with Vulcan, Inc. (VC# 175942), Foley, AL, for aluminum sign blanks in an amount up to and not to exceed $650,000.00 with the option to extend for up to an additional two years, effective upon the Governor and Executive Council approval-through March 31, 2031.
