Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract (Contract #8003823) with Kustom Signals, Inc. (VC# 175666), Lenexa, KS, for radar components in an amount up to and not to exceed $4,246,990.00 with the option to extend for up to an additional two years, effective upon the Governor and Executive Council approval period September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2031.
