Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Lifesavers, Inc. (VC#166730) of Fairfield, NJ in an amount up to and not to exceed $466,000.00 for the supply of automated external defibrillators, (AED) manufactured by Defibtech, with an option to extend for up to an additional two years effective upon the upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council through June 30, 2031.
