Authorize to amend an existing contract with Granite State Automation LLC, Manchester, NH, for continued preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency services for the building automation systems at the New Hampshire Hospital Acute Psychiatric Services facility and transitional housing buildings, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $61,000 from $166,400 to $227,400 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2028, effective January 1, 2027, upon Governor and Council approval.
