Authorize to enter into a Retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Health Services Advisory Group, Inc., Phoenix, AZ, to finalize external quality review activities of the Department’s contracted Managed Care Organization’s (MCOs) and Dental Organization’s performance, statewide, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to April 30, 2027, effective retroactive to July 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval with no change to the price limitation of $8,148,380. 75% Federal Funds. 16% General Funds. 9% Other Funds (as defined in RSA 126-AA:3,I).
