Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Concord Coalition to End Homelessness (VC #267140), Concord, NH, for the continued provision of a housing services continuum of care project, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $256,768 from $342,720 to $599,488 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2028, effective October 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval.
