Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc. (VC# 177203), Concord, NH, for the continued provision of a housing services continuum of care project, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $418,626 from $558,759 to $977,385 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2028, effective October 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval. The original contract was approved by Governor and Council on September 20, 2023, item #40 archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
